@PauloWaters I was just in the UK! I like how you guys have 30 guitar shops in each town. We're lucky to even have one in town here. Couldn't only find one store with Fender though, and that was in Chester.

Hey FA, or any other vintage guitar geeks for that matter. I have a 1959 Airline which I love but it only has one pickup at the bridge and i would love it to have a neck pickup. Thing is the pickups are pretty rare so I was thinking of putting in a different model like a Danelectro or Dearmond in there. Would two different pickups sound weird together? And would this decrease the value of my guitar? (not that i would ever sell it) or is it best to wait for the same one to pop up on ebay?
