Yeah it sucks having someone on a show that really doesn't work. You find them annoying and you wish that person would leave or they'd just give up and end the show. Especially some "yes man" producer who adds nothing to show other than to agree with everything Ron says. I would even take ESD back if it would mean never hearing PH's voice ever again.

a great episode would be to see dwight or andy just fucking lose it, and go postal in the office with an ar15. or dwight finds another one of his supplies in jello and so he just blows jim's brains out.

I agree. I feel like this show is too much about everybody's romantic relationships than it is about the satirical, mundane work office in an everyday office. While I do like Jim a little, I can't stand Pam; I was fine with Pam coming out of her shell and becoming more confident in herself and her abilities, but now I feel like her confidence has become arrogance, and her arrogance is extremely annoying. I've been losing faith in this show for a while now, and Jim and Pam are the reasons why.

yes, after jim and pam got together the show went downhill. the first two seasons were great though imo

I agree a little with pepper . The episode where they had the budget surplus , and they had to choose between chairs and a copier , pam wanted chairs , jim wanted a new copier..
