Hi Mark. Thank you for your informative videos, they have helped tremendously. I am finding the thumb entry phase into the water is hurting my shoulders. In your opinion, is it acceptable to enter the water fingertips first? Thank you.

In my opinion you would ideally enter the water using thumb entry first but if this appears to be causing discomfort with your shoulder, I would use the only option of fingertips entry first. Its by far the lesser of 2 evils!! Thank you again, Mark
