As an angler who used to fish with his dad and brother that has lost both. I know all to well the feeling of fishing the "big waters alone" and "I am haunted by waters". A forty year old man should not cry like a baby at the ending of a movie. I love this thanks for posting.
"I am haunted by waters." Best end-line of a movie ever. saw this film when I was young growing up in Scotland and actually had a river about 200 yards from my house. Water is a key to imagination.
Complete love without complete understanding, that's as close as you can get to a definition of unconditional love:). Can't remember a film that has moved me as much as this one did. Wonderful film, and a wonderful book especially looking from a angler's perspective.
