Hermione Farthingale (as in "Letter to...") was a dancer who Bowie had an important early relationship with in terms of the effect she seems to have had on his creativity, turning him from Laughing Gnome chancer to this gentle, honest songwriter a couple of years before he started to hide behind the fey-voiced Ziggy songs. Beautiful.... thanks for posting, and love the selection of pics.
