No, I'm serious. In Ice Hockey you can just skate around, you don't even have to take many strides to get speed. In Ball Hockey you have to run around, and you can't just stop because there are different rules of physics that apply in each of them. It's also much easier to keep your head up while you have the puck, it slides easier than a ball does on a hard surface.
yeah...me too...that's hilarious. ball hockey is so much harder because the game is slowed down, it's easier to stick-handle, and you don't have dudes who are 6''2...250 pounds pummeling in at full speed to knock you straight on your ass. but it's SOOOO much harder than ice.
I never said thats its "SOOOO" much harder. Only that its more of a workout, and not to be taken lightly. My friends that have been playing ice hockey since they were like 5, say its more tiring than ice.
