  • I would wire up the headlights and tail lights to all come on with the flick of a switch, just to mess with people

  • Rust in peace Amen:)

  • That junkyard is in a real moist environment........probably in that small town about 100 miles south of New Orleans that Samuel Clemons wrote about.

  • isn't it beautiful to see nature taking over?

  • 3:30 I would kill for one of those and there it is rusting away... sad.

  • i can almost hear them saying "save me",..and i can picture myself "ok baby, everythings gonna be alright",...

  • i wanna know about the history behind those cars !!!

  • If i were a hermit, i'd live in this junkyard, and talk to the cars all day, and caress them gently, and tell them its going to be alright. I'd live in the VW van.

  • some of there cars where brought by they're own power, now there are waiting in vain to get back home. This is mass murderer. If i had allot of money i would take these cars, salvage everything possible and scrap the rest. It is better this way. Make someone else happy if you can, don't destroy

  • Nice ride, but so badly rust :(

  • Its hard to believe that all those Cars were Brand New in a show room at a Dealer lot at one time waiting for someone to buy them and drive them home and they got what they wanted now they are dead waiting for a restoration that may never happen. Sad .

  • VW Bus @ 1:00

  • Just needs a little paint...

  • it looks like pretty soon that these cars won't even look like cars

  • Great pictures! I love old junkyards like this, I could spend hours just walking around looking at the cars and trucks. These are so bad they are litterly falling apart. Sad to see but they are so far gone no hope what so ever.

  • i would make a fortune by selling them to a junkyard ..... O.O

  • What is that at 1:37?

  • Man, I watch and imagine how people drove these long ago. Sad how they are left to rust.

  • I don't think any of them will ever see the road again, probably not many parts either, but I'd love to have them in my back yard. They look so peaceful

  • Man, i saw a few thunderbirds and GTO's under that moss that still looked good. Some there are worth a restore

  • youtube = video. flikr =pictures

  • Makes me wounder how many UNSOLVED murders could be solved by police visiting old junk yards with new DNA technology

  • nice hiding spot

  • OH MY GOD! I feel a little queezy after seeing this! So sad to see these in this shape. Being originally from Washington State I can tell you the biggest killer is the vegetation and moisture. I know of several private yards out there with cars looking like some of these. cars like a 39 ford 4 door conv. 29 model A roadster (was a trophy winning rod in the 60's) 41 buick conv. Others sitting around are 3 53 buick Skylarks, 57 eldorado baritz conv, 61 olds conv. That's just some convertibles.

  • how do you mean moisture.

    jeez.

well you can see from the moss

  • from dust to dust (or rust), wonderful pics, thankyou !

  • thats awesome! reminds me of the show life after ppl

  • I've never seen cars in that bad of shape, they dont do that in california

  • i knew a old farmer that had a hollar full of model a and t and he crushed them all with a old dozer i tried to buy them but as old farmers r they will not get rid of any thing it sad .

  • Grand Prix! :( this is sad. It looks like there might be a few actually salvageable too.

I've got one of those at 7:30

  • it just pains me too see classic cars like this

  • Bank `s Forgotten Repossessions in a derelict car pound!!!!! lol

  • GREAT Video!

  • Americans,polish your cars please.

    Pictures like paintings.(nice colors)

  • Sad isn't it? it used to be people's life and dreams as a car but now abandoned.

  • Fabulous!!!

  • loose the crap music

  • i hate to say it, but it dont look like any of these old beuties will ever see the road again.. except meybe that econoline, oh and stldrgnchoppers? that pointy windowed car is a 49/50 studebaker champion

  • plaese where is this plaese? i whant to save the vw panelvan! i am from holland

  • please where is this plaese?? i whant to save the vw panelvan ! i am from holland..

  • Why is it that all the cars rotting away like this are always classics? WHY COULDNT THEY BE PRIUSES?

  • I dare someone to pick a car and get the engine running and drive the car out of there! (no restoration)

  • wow, there's a lot of "John Doe's" in that mix :'( I'm from southern AZ so these cars basicly don't exist anymore 'cept maybe some stainless and glass. also at 6:07 that's an eerie pic

  • @the520koala Yes it is . I see it like this they are stuck in traffic forever all the roads are all gone now eroded back in the ground all is left is the image of the cars.

  • if they could talk...

  • hi

    oooooooooiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • whats the song

  • fuuucccking nice, includin that sound!

its possible that somebody can tell me where it is? i would like to visite them also fore a photoshooting!

    old beauties, rest in peace!!

  • hey, fuuucccking nice one!!!

its possible to tell me where it is?

i would like to visite them also...

old beauties rest in peace with mother nature!

  • They all have stories........

  • 8:06 is like mine. :)

  • I want 3:02. (I'm a Corvair fan.) How can u tell these are cars? I thought that they were just piles of moss. haha. Most of these cars are like 50 years old.. how is it possible for that to happen in such a short amount of time? Y cant they be stupid toyotas or something? It brings a tear to my eye. :(

  • Wow They are rusty !!!!

  • Yowsah! Thanks for these beautiful images... Rust in Peace!

    PS, Where is this??

  • this is truly sad! probably some dumb toothless

hick owns that place, and is too stupid to let any of them go to be brought back to life.

  • @adamaged01 I cme across 1 in Alabama who hd 3 Mustangs, a GT390 Fastback in Highlind green (extremly rare in original colour), a convertible &a Boss, v sister fucking cunt did not want good money for them, $10,000 each, it would pay for his 12 starvin kids. I wanted 2 take them 2 England and do them up and take the Boss on drag strips, the convertible as an alternative over a Mercedes and the 390 & the 390 as a bullit replica. The sister shagger (not all of them are) did not want it!

  • where is this located thanks :)

  • finally a video i didnt have to turn the volume down on...

  • Makes tears come to my eyes. There may be nothing left of these old beauties, but i would rather them just sit,and rest pecefully rather than become crushed in a horrible death, and become some new flimsy piece of shit car like the ones we have now. They dont build them at all like they did back then.Old cars have feelings too you know.

  • I dont know what that pointy back window car is at 444 but im guessing its worth alot and being from the midwest I see alot of useable parts there

  • @stldrgnchoppers early 50's studebaker......

  • let them sleep in peace they are too far gone to save

  • true most these cars are nearly reclaimed by nature and plus the underbelly of them probably dont have nothing left of it anyway

  • if u did not shed at least one tear watching this u are either heartless or u dont understand

  • Some parts could still be used on these babies. That is usually what I do when I find abandonned cars, I take parts like trim pieces and other random parts that are still good

  • Very cool pictures, what is the song??? it is haunting

  • that isnt a junkyard no more just swampland with abandoned cars pretty sad at least they are going back into the earth where they came from

  • @86camaromike amen

  • damn....

    what's the song?

  • Damn.... A lot of these cars must have been only a couple of years old when they were parked here. The blues is very fitting. Not much useable on these anymore except maybe some glass and stainless. That was an awesome yet horrible video at the same time.

  • i bet they been there for 50 years rotting

  • i would still like a few of those cabs i saw in there...

  • makes me wana cry

you know how many "nah im gonna fix it up one day's" from old ass men that wont sell their fine junk to me....

this is what they now look like

  • It's truly bizarre knowing that all of these cars once had a purpose, they once saw civilization, they were all cared for and maintained at one point in time; now they're nothing but decomposing hunks returning to an elemental state

I about died when I saw the Mustang at 7:30

  • 1:01 dude wheres your van i was out getting stoned and idk where i parked it

  • makes a guy want to cry.

  • great shots.where is this ?

  • oregon

  • man I never woulda guessd that!

  • Can you beleive that these cars ran perfect one day?

  • i think most of them where driving in to those very spots they lay in

    great video five stars

  • i ought of slap the person that let that happen to those old cars

  • check out my vid

its done on the same junkyard

  • If alot of these cars are unenviornmentally friendly, then why are they so... *cought* "green"... literally.

  • they actually are. any oil or gas is evaporated, and small animals and insects live in the cars now

  • shit. that will buff out

  • Painfull! Toooo painfull ta watch. Brings me ta ma cryin' place. Tear in ma eye. Ta see what they dun did ta them cars.

  • aceeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • AMAZING PHOTOS!!! THIS IS TRUE ART.

  • I love this song. What is the song called?

  • That's a GREAT idea! I'm growing moss on my next rat rod!

  • Nice collection........this is art in it self.

  • I think those are even past rat-rod material.

  • Such awesome cars - what a shame....

  • Those cars have seen Much, Much, better days...

  • a little car with that rust please
