Took me quite a few tries but I did it! keep the bumps facing down as he said also the smaller piece goes under the bigger piece at the top and above at the bottom so it looks like a scissor effect when you snap it it. it should be a scissor shape and be 'bouncy' before you snap on the key. thanks again!
My son 6 yo banged on the keyboard so hard that it brought the "x" key of my Dell Latitude to jump out. With your video I could easily fix it. Thanks a lot for a posting it. Appreciate your help :)

Wow dude thanks so much! I was playing a video game (Battlefield P4F) and I got angry with it and pulled off the "D" and "Z" keys. I was already hearing my mom screamin in my mind at me because I broke the key. A trillion thanks!!! ^_^
woot woot! I can do the last pages of my research paper now! Drat my nails, I can't believe that the key came off with just one misplaced, violent flick of my nails. Thanks dude!
I was very stressed out when this happened first with the A key which is vital and then with the SHIFT key. Thank you so much for this informative video. I never would have figured out the position of the white hinge pieces.
Thanks so much. The only thing i had to do different was put the pieces on the hooks seperate then attach them after. Then the rest was easy sailing =]
