Pearl Harbor happened in 1941. The U.S. had been imposing blockades on Japan since at least 1938, which is why the Japanese attacked when they did. The Americans imposed the blockade because of Japanese expansionism coupled with the war crimes and atrocities that subsequently followed.
If anyone was defending their interests, it was Japan, the Americans just defended themselves.
VE came first because the Germans were a lot less suicidal than the Japanese.

Every country teaches history with a bias, what exactly are you basing your assertion on (that "in Ameica they teach history in favor of America")? You took a history class in the US and can confirm that it's very skewed?

Question 2: Which came first, VE day or VJ day? That's right, VE day. So in

Pearl Harbor happened in 1941. The U.S. had been imposing blockades on Japan since at least 1938, which is why the Japanese attacked when they did. The Americans imposed the blockade because of Japanese expansionism coupled with the war crimes and atrocities that subsequently followed.
If anyone was defending their interests, it was Japan, the Americans just defended themselves.
VE came first because the Germans were a lot less suicidal than the Japanese.
Shit history lesson.

I don't approve that America went in in 1941 (and not 1942 as you erroneously stated), but when it did, we immediately set about the task with vigor.
Not to mention sending Britain arms and supplies since 1940.
