I have played this version and beat it once or twice, I loved it. Then while on YouTube, I came across a walkthrough for the PC version. It looked so different, and I was like, "I don't remember this being part of it." So I googled TRU and I just realized they released different versions of the game. I would've preferred if they all kept the same version for each system. I haven't seen the Xbox 360 one or the PS3, but I LOVE the PC version. I wish they just used the version made for the PC.

The part where u have to press the button and them green things come out like when u enter the entrance thingy well that isn't in the xbox 360 version..... (sorry if that didn't make any sense)

ps2 have better levels than ps3 and shitbox360

shitbox and ps3 might have better graphhic but the levels are so boring. the makers only cares about graphic when they are doing xbox360 and ps3... they dont focus on level which they does when its ´ps2

This game its completely different than the next-gen's version. They changed almost everyfhing, and the rooms are just to walk.

@blackkbear i have both ps2 & ps3 ver. they let a company called buzz monkey worked on ps2 / wii ver. and those guys have trashed the ps2 ver. and i don't know why i mean if you look at TR legend and the remake for the ps2 they looks like a ps3 graphics compared to underworld on the ps2 but trust me when i say that the ps3 version or the 360 version are still not really that great when i played the ps3 version it's still have a lot's of problems if you got a ps3 get uncharted 1 or 2 insted.

In a weird way, I like this version, because it reminds me of the blockiness of the old games - retro :D

But I am so disappointed with the graphics. Legend and Anniversary are amazing compared to this and they're the prequels! It seems a lot of people can't afford the PS3 and I know I'm not buying one. Not many people have the money or time to buy the next new thing when the previous new thing will do. (Although X Box IS cheap, but trust me, I still cant afford it right now)

the investment is not in the PS2 any more... the Wii is very popular and the games are expensive accordingly. I rememember when I first got the PS2 the games were a fortune. They are now less than half the price... no wonder they have less quality... it's free market... besides> I can't even find new games for the PS2 anumore, the shops don't keep them in stock... it is the Wii generation...namaste

@Jmjgypsy I meant the different versions of Underworld I thought Legend and Anniversary were great but I found this a big letdown. They were all broken and the story was terrible and anticlimactic.

I was seeing in the internet videos with lara's shadow and that you can play with this character but in PS2 version the gameplay stops earlier than PC's does. That fricked me out because i was waiting to play with lara's shadow for a long time

I thought this was gonna be the best looking game for PS2, because the previous two (Legend and Anniversary) looked amazing for PS2 games.

What happened? I guess they really rushed this. Even the PS3/Xbox/PC version felt a bit rushed as well.

Not only was the PS2 version rushed (and delayed) but it was because Crystal Dynamics didn't work on this version. Buzz Monkey did. I personally think that Buzz Monkey did an ok job, despite the time pressure, lack of funds and expertise. Eidos didn't fund the PS2 version so much. Selfish, isn't it?
