  • Marshal your boss!! I can't wait to see how this light stacks up at the 100yd tree

  • I would love to mount that on my jeepXD

  • woow

  • What's the battery life like on this? Also, how much noise does that rear fan make?

I'm thinking this might make a decent alternative to an HMI, but if the fan noise is excessive, it's out of the question.

  • What time is it? Its way too early for that! Cue the sun!

  • @lctb51 good movie

  • What would you use it for?

  • @lglglggl I could see it being used by the Coast Guard or military in an application on their vessels for illuminating the sea at night to look for things.

  • I noticed this light isn't waterproof which should be something to consider for such a high end light. Do you know if the Olight X6 is waterproof?

  • @fufinache Waterproofing would make active cooling (w/ fan) impossible, I think that's why it's non-waterproof.

  • yea its verry cool but wood you really want to carry that around with you

  • great law or tactical idea, but really for most people it isn't a needed item, as other cheaper options are there, but its real cool. great for like night time work or something with no power somewhere

  • WOWWWW!!!!

  • Love that lighthouse!!!! Cannot wait till the garden review. {~_~}

  • INSANE!!!!

  • I thought my xt-20 would blind your ass. This thing looks like it would blow your head clean off...

  • Are you gonna compare that to your standard 4 d maglite.

  • @droidguy21 Yeah, probably.

  • I see your price below.

  • Beamshots,beamshots!

  • What do you want for it marshall message me I will buy.

  • @droidguy21 Hah, it's $2500. We'll have them as a regular stock item before too long.

  • @goingprepared

I was hoping you would say that you would stock them.

  • Marshall... you look so happy....

  • i want to see you test that in your back yard like the other lights.

  • @WIKTOR75 Gonna

  • I look forward to the woods test the tree line behind the 3rd marker is gonba be lit up as if it were daylight

  • So what's the purpose?

  • @MrJivePirate military/law enforcement, extreme flashaholics

  • @MrJivePirate To light up some shiz! But for real, it is intended as a searchlight. There is not much else out there like it.

  • @MrJivePirate Pretty much an update to the venerable non-LED searchlight. I'd expect it on choppers, guard posts, possibly boats if it's safe for the wet environment. There's no reason a civilian should have this thing, unless you're a collector with way too much disposable income.

  • I'm guessing it will be at least $500.

  • @ATF6281914 Not even close, 2500!

  • @rightsman123

    That's even worse!

  • If you take that into the woods, you'll permanently blind the wildlife. Cool!

  • Marshall... you snug bug. Did you really buy one of the ones they had at the show? lol

  • @martinaee Haha, yeah. I tried to buy all three, but he wouldn't let me.

  • @goingprepared ROFL!!!! Aren't they ~5,000 each? You were prepared to spend 15k on those lol? Dayyyyum :)

Are you planning to keep the one you got for yourself or are you going to sell it?

-Side question? Did you or anybody go to the Fenix booth at SHOT 2012? I see no videos for Fenix SHOT 2012.

  • @martinaee $2500 each. I haven't decided on whether or not I will sell the first one.

I didn't make a Fenix video. They weren't there themselves. It was just a distributor at SHOT.

  • @goingprepared Ah... not as much as I thought. Still pretty pricey lol.

Hopefully Fenix puts out some new lights soon too.

  • you lucky :D wating for the video review from you

    take care
