Excellent Video. It was great to meet some of the injured workers yesterday at the Courthouse. Myself, I am constantly in awe of any human who could withstand years of abuse by the WCB. All these Injured workers are working towards a better community for all of our citizens. Tory Corp in concert with Shill Corp (WCB) are "NOT". I watch these court proceedings with great interest, and wish for the best possible outcome for Patrick. I hope we all can flush out the Gov. Shill bastards responsible.

WorkSafe BC is guilty of a lot of crimes in the 'management' of my claim, however not yet disposed of medical evidence. They have however entirely ignored it! It may help if claimants always request up to date disclosures (copies) of your file before every appeal; keep your own record of all your medical reports, and if you see anything missing in your compensation file notify the board and send them a copy.

I live in Vancouver B.C and the WorkSafe B.C system is the same.. I fell 28feet and had to fight to prove my multiple injury claim.. Every SIW I know fights the system no matter what there condition is. I suffering from major injuries and was told that I could go back to work full time !!! WTF The system is going to change, we injured are not going to take the BS anymore.. STAND UP AND FIGHT !!!! Help seriously injured workers...

Workers Compensation is slowly and deliberately killing me with denials for medical treatment of my work injuries; These people are LIARS and will do or say anything to deny you help for work injuries so that WCB benefits can be terminated;

WCB purposely denied me help requested from physician when my spine collapsed at work due to them denying me medical tests which would show my spine was fractured;

WCB is corrupt beyond belief and our Canadian Government turns BLIND-EYE to this atrocity;

Workers Compensation is slowly killing me with denials for medical care, my injuries are causing organ dysfunction, which needs surgery, however WCB employs sympathetic retired Doctors to DENY medical intervention.

I was intentionally crippled by WCB, who buried my true medical condition with convoluted medical reports, they just state that physician is in charge of helping injured worker, then turn around and DENY physicians requests for treatment.

Remember the WCB does destroy personal and medical evidence that they deem as irrelevant and as you attempt to go threw appeals this information cannot be produced so you lose your appeal.You cannot prove that this information was ever part of your claim file the whole time as you are going threw the process you are not receiving benefits so in the end you have no recourse. WCB controls all information on your claim file and you stand no chance, we can prove this without a shadow of any doubt
