therealintruder, you've probably seen how much I appeciate your uploading this tune, one of my all time favourites. nevertheless, truth be told, having had the misfortune of witnessing what happened at the SWU festival, I couldn't help but feeling utterly appaled at such arroncy and disrespect for fellow musicians on the part of peter's crew members. I've been getting seriously vulgar comments here - luckily not on par with the crazy death threats on PG's facebook - which have nothing to do with my video and as stated I decided to delete them.

About the incident, Gabriel's site says he had no clue. Knowing him a bit, I'm sure the guy responsible for what happened will not work for him anymore. What else can people expect beside the given apology?

Just to make it clear: I have been forced to delete a handful of comments from Brazilian people that were just insults to PG stemming from an incident which occurred at the SWU festival, near Sao Paulo. At first I wasn't aware of this accident and just decided to cancel them as they were simply expressing hate for the man and had nothing to do with my video. Now, after reading about it on petergabriel(dot)com's main page I'm even happier I did :-)

Am I the only one who thinks this lacks the excitement and electric atmosphere of PG's previous concerts? I've seen him live on the Secret World tour, and have a few live DVDs and this, whilst good, doesn't have the "punch" of his previous works.

@acornstandrews This was very different from past tours. Visuals were not the centerpiece: magnificent as always, but confined to the back, top and sides. Peter was at the front. Alone, no piano to stand/hide behind. His voice an unfettered, self-sufficient medium: from whispers to shouts, from barely reached notes to ripping cries. Anger and fear, despair and lightheadedness, sheer happiness and love. All there in spades. The 'punch' turned into something else. Even better!

Not only one of my all time favorite songs but all time favorite artists as well. Double-whammy! Saw this concert at the Hollywood Bowl when he was here last. Awesomeness to the hilt. Just ordered the Blu-Ray DVD of this concert in London. This doesn't look like the professionally shot video of the concert but someone with a home video camera and not much of an idea how to handle it.

@pointzeropictures since you probably didn't read the full description on any of my other videos, this was shot with a simple and basic Lumix photo camera (fixed focus, no zoom). The edit, as explicitly stated, comes thanks of half a dozen YouTube users whose footage I 'stole' (asking permission for it), and that was shot with half a dozen different gadgets. Haven't seen the official 3D film yet, but form the start this was never meant as competing with pro shot stuff!

Hehe, I like the way you ironed out his endearingly characteristic false start! The sound is fantastic, and the editing great.
