Regardless of whether an "elite" actually spoke with this man, his delivery is horrible. He reminds me of a street salesman, trying to assuage your doubt of his credibility, then hyping up whatever he is about to say. He really only has 3-4 points to make, but it's a long radio segment, so I guess it's alright to stretch it out? There are better ways to do it though.
