First time I've seen Sonny give the "Brenda face" (:30-:38) since she's been back. Those several seconds of him looking at her made me weak just like back in the day. It's astonishing that they can pull out those moments with the shit they have to work with today. I need to see more of them.

You know I need someone to help me understand. I was watching an old clip of Sonny and Brenda. They had so many beautiful, genuine moments between them. Today, Brenda seems so distant to me. You still sense the connection but it just seems not all there. Sonny seems to be trying to connect more but she seems so wishy washy. It doesn't feel as genuine.I love them to death and I want to see that passion and real organic emotion they do so well. Do you think they will get that back?
