I hate to say, since i just asked. . . but that is not the kaiser. . . its the tilt, or 8525, cause thats the phone i have. The kaiser has a camera on the front of the phone. I mean, it is the 8525. But its a good review for the tilt :)

I can't say you got full mark for this. AT&T Tilt is one of the HTC Kaiser. It is the Kaiser 110, which is without the front camera. for the one with the front camera, it is the Kaiser 120. This AT&T Tilt is the 8925. The 8525 is the version before the Tilt or you can call it the TyTN II

actually you are both right. this vesion in the video is a htc 8900 (kaiser 110). the 8925 (kaiser 120) is the one that has the camera in the front.

I couldn't find anything on the French language pack for the phone. Try searching up "kaiser XDA" that is where i get most of my stuff for the phone. From programs to custom backgrounds they basically provide it all.

This would have been the best cell phone in the world, if not for the horrible performance of the camera. i have owned over htc pda phones and if you are like me where you wouldn't stand for a new model having a poorer performance the an older, You'd agree that the kaiser falls short of the hermes in camera performance, and is UNACCEPTABLE by the standards of constant improvement. therefore, i hate it for being inferior in any way.

Good video, it's more informative than a text review and easier to consume. Obviously an accent isn't something you can change easily but some basic editting would help the video a lot.

hello MyMobile911. ive been looking at the benchmark results for the kaiser and for the Mogul. do u think it would be possible to compare the benchmark results of the Kaiser and the Dell Axim v51? i know that is a very fast ppc and i wanted to see if the kaiser was faster. im guessing it is tho =)

it releases for att in august 2007, it comes out in late july tho in US. HTC brand is way better than att version, att takes off the video conferencing camera on the front!

that's only because here in america no service offers video calling. it would be useless, except for IM'ing with a webcamera. i wouldnt say the HTC version is gonna be WAY better. the specs are all still the same.

Can I purchase an unlocked unit before AT&T officially releases it? Who might sell it? I am at the end 2 year contract with Sprint (USA) and I would like to finally get a decent smart phone like this one. I will travel to Europe at the end of July and I was wondering it I can get one unlocked unit until then and use it in Europe with a SIM card and then when I am back in August I could then activate AT&T cell service.

Free RAM is about 133mb. After the basic software was installed, there are still 110MB left.
