Folk metal as a whole has changed my life. I know that I sound like some stupid pop-punk fan with a nose ring, but the genre has changed much of my way of thinking. It's made me decide to put aside any nonsensical things that modern society thinks is important, and follow more of a "historical" mindset. And if some people don't agree, then it's their loss!
