I think those are Montezuma Cypress Trees on the other bank ! Well, I don't think, I know. The only thing is over the last 20 years I have been going to Texas, going to the Colorado River Drainage system and canoeing and never realized there are Cypress. But finally last year I saw some and they're there too in your film.
