I saw Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, Jr Wells, Sonny Terry & Browny McGee at the El Mo...the damn Rolling Stones ruined the place by playing some stupid 'surprise' club date there, before going on tour.Jagger dragging his lower lip over the stage where I saw legends.

Stevie Ray, that's different. The boy could play the blues, from the heart, no doubt. He belonged there. I'm 60, I saw Hendrix live, Clapton several times, SRV, & Jeff Beck, no current players come close...my opinion only.
