The second one always hurts more. The endorphins only kick in for the first one. Unless the piercer has a special rate to get them both done at once, get one and come back two weeks later for the other one. Anyway the pain is only for a second of two. I got my second set to form a cross yesterday, they hurt more than the first set. Also the clamps hurt a lot too, but it gets you prepared for the needle pain.
