@DickMcPenis Interestingly, this version is probably the closest to the tempo found on the recordings which have Stravinsky as the Conductor. In fact, I would not be at all surprised to find that this version might have been conducted by Stravinsky himself.
this must have inspired Basil Poledouris when he composed the "Wheel of Pain" theme for the soundtrack of 'Conan the Barbarian' :)

This is one of my favorite themes in classical music. Unfortunately, this version is too fast in my opinion.
