Maybe I should be nicer =...when Jess starts out at a note...she almost sounds as if she can sing, but then it always ends with her sounding like she is screaming. She can do vibrato and she can hold her breath for a long time & she can be very loud and her high softer notes are not terrible..but when it comes to belting. it just sounds plain bad.It is as if she's on the verge of sounding good but then fails miserably.

What a magnificent voice. I think you would have to go back to Barbara Streisand to find another woman with a voice as powerful as Jessica's. The ONLY other singer that I have heard that could match the range and power in her voice is Elvis Presley. It is a shame the two were never able to do a duet.
