THE THING WE PREACH THE HARDEST AGAINST, MAY VERY WELL BE THE THINGS WE STRUGGLE WITH THE MOST. On the young men'sbehalf (if the allegations are true) it is a horrible feeling to be manipulated into a sex act... I was a musician at age 16 and fell subject this same type of practice.... Yes I was struggling with homosexuality even at that time, but it did not make it right for a person in a position of power to see my weakness and move on that. It messed up my mind.... Years to repair....

I hate to break it to him, but there have been studies that show that homosexuality isn't a choice but how you're hardwired from birth. Homosexual men respond to pheromones from men in the same way women do, and vice-versa. The problem is that homosexuality is still seen as an aberrant choice that must be solved through prayer, medical treatment, or - in the absolute worst case - murder.
He may have convictions about his views, but they aren't necessarily right.
