Did you know, that people who excel in athletics are mostly 5'9" and weights close to 200's? They actually generate more overall power output than any other heights there is. a 210 pound AC squat dr, is 5'9" stronger than Ronnie cole man. Low bar squat = 740 pounds, 55 inches rvj strength ratio = 3.5 x body weight squat. Shaq is about 300's. put him at 210 pounds and he wouldn't even squat 400 pounds and thus lower vertical!

Which is why players like Kobe, Lebron, and D. Wade are so great. Because at their height, they have skill. But if you take players like Shaq, there's really no skill. Box out, block, then dunk. Simple shit. I've played almost every sport, except soccer. They run too damn much. But it's always the same.

he is high school, usually they dont get built up some until college and more so in the pros. have you seen videos of shaq in high school he was skinny looking and he was in college, he didnt get super big until he was in the nba.
