I thought this was a great tutorial- may not have been perfect, but great none-the-less. Especially if you learn visually or something like that and you can reference the sheet music .

I find the videos more informative than the music sheet, unless the video's too fast. I've learned 2 songs already using your videos, now I'm trying Back to December.
