You have a point, when you say that she is representing 'Expert Village' and therefore should know her stuff as an 'expert', I agree there but the hatred in your tone is wholly unnecessary.

great lady lovely voice for video... however as a professional decorator i have to say.. the border and leaf tips are way too small for 99% of cakes... its called a "flower nail" not a "flower tip"... and "spinning table?"... how about "turntable?" i cant help but to point these out... the vid isnt specific at all... so it doesnt matter... but i cant imagine a professional that doesnt know the most basic of decorating jargon... most of us know something very well.. i know cakes, sorry
