2nd It has many active frames during the PC part of Bisons ultra. You Demon the recovery frames, not the active ones. :)

@Byllopen Especially when you're up against an Ultra that's partially in the air. Akuma dashed into one of the airbourne parts, and got his ass kicked. Hilariously.

He might have been able to grab him during the Ultra if he had gotten the timing exactly right - he would have had to do it between flips. Though, all in all, taking a risk like that just isn't smart.

Like you said, wait for the recovery.

@TheRealCodeBlack Yeah, Bison has ridiculously good recovery time on just about all his moves. Typically if you're gonna demon his ultra though, you won't be able to during the block string. However, about half a second after the 3rd hit of his PC portion, RD should be easily landed. Just takes practice.
