the problem to understood this song in german when your native language is english is that most words in german are ambiguous to understand.

my first language is german and there are also many english frases in songs ect. which are also difficult to understand.

i think the problem is that you must have a lot of background knowledge about the common speech of the repective country to get the complete fun of this song.

well translating English into German will always leave a weird sense to the language. We both have our "slang" which we feel comfortable with and when we trade songs, or musicals the meaning gets changed as well because of our different style of talking. If you ever listen to the english version, if you can catch everything they say (they talk really fast) you might see what i mean, I unfortunaly know spanish not german so I dont think id be doing the same thing :(

Jep, also ich versteh' beim besten willen nicht wie man da Mickey Mouse verstehen kann, selbst Nicky klaus ist sehr unwahrscheinlich.
