My son is 26. He's black and so am I. Some of the snide off handed comments he has told me black young ladies have said to him are RIDICULOUS, things like he acts white and so on. He doesn't act white but he is polite and considerate. Initially I wanted him to marry and settle down with a black woman (and he still wants too). I have since told him "just as long as she loves and cares for him she can be ANY RACE," life is too short. At the end of the day, I just want him be happy-PERIOD.
I dont think its about race, I think its more about culture. It all depends on where and how you are brought up, your morals, ethics and character. The typical black man/ black girl stereotypical attitude, normally stems from a particular Cultural background which is linked to a certain class and upbringing which may contribute to certain ignorance's. Black men and women from a different class background will probably be nothing like this because their culture and values are different.

THE TRUTH: A lot of black women these days have too much attitude,full of drama, don't want to be submissive to a good man and don't want to bring anything to the table in a relationship. I honestly think its a women issue. My father left my mother cause of the same thing(the nagging and not being supportive) but we're latino... My son is 26. He's black and so am I. Some of the snide off handed comments he has told me black young ladies have said to him are RIDICULOUS, things like he acts white and so on. He doesn't act white but he is polite and considerate. Initially I wanted him to marry and settle down with a black woman (and he still wants too).
