@LeoAndRas Gripen Is the only aircraft In the world as got "3 part system" at service. The shortening "JAS" stands for Hunt, Attack and Investigation. The huge swedish company "Ericsson" developed the first radar In the world to Saab JAS 39 Gripen that could adapt for this "3 part system". And tragic enough, Rafale Is to expensive for mass production and Is even not In service yet!!! Rafale Is only In research stage this far! So How can u say that Rafale Is a better aircraft?? No more bullshit.

Just to begin,I'm not using hot language with you. Even if you don't like,facts are facts: Rafale have more space for fuel in its cell than Gripen,even in NG version,has longer combat radius without underwing drop tanks,Gripen hasn't fly yet with CFTs,Rafale yes,and the french AESA radar is more advanced in development than the swedish fighter. How can a buyer really have confidence in the "independent option" in a plane so dependent of made in USA components?

Rafale enterd service in 2001, has more powerful engins, is more manuverable, caries more weapon, can operate from carier and finaly its butiful !!!!!!!!!!!!
