Every inhabitant of north America - USA especially - is bombarded by radio signals originating from satellites in space and cell phone towers 7/24/365 no matter where I go in this country... If the companies that own the satellites and beam that shit down at me has no concern about the fact I will utilize that bandwidth in any manner I care to.
