I think we need to get a memory card for them, they sell them on ebay, that way it will hold more information. Also I have a regular t-mobile plan and it works fine, I can't use internet but if I were to add it then it would work. You don't need a smartphone contract either, if you had one though the internet would work. i thought this phone was gonna be nicer, but I think it's kind cheap, Im not really happy with it. I would reccomend something better like a real Iphone :) Good Luck!

for more space you need to get a micro sd card for it the phone comes with very little space

Hello, my query is this: to download music, videos and photos of the computer is necessary to have some cell installation CD or just enough to have the USB cable and connect to the PC. Because I connect the USB cable and I do not recognize the cell phone. Greatly appreciated their help.

I can't receive or send picture messages and can't receive any messages over 140 characters. It won't even be sent in two separate texts! What do I need to do in order to be able to use the camera, send pics, and receive mms messages?

This thing dosnt need a contract. its unlocked so it will work with any sim around the world. but i dont think its worth it. not a very good phone

if you hold down the # key, it turns to vibrate mode. i have no idea how to turn the sound off, i just had to turn the GSENSOR off and make the pictures stop changing when i shake it.

i think the only way to do it is to open your music from the audio player, from there you can use the stylus to turn it up or down :)

This has been a constantly nagging problem not only for yourself but for me and others as well.You have to go in to settings then phone setup then go down to 11 which is GSENSOR and turn off GSENSOR. Problem solved.

well, i figured out that the wallpaper changes when the phone gets moved because of the phone's shake control feature. which is really annoying, because it makes a loud sound even when it's on silent...so does anyone know how to turn off the shake control feature?

Beware people when using the home charger as a travel charger. The wire itself is very fragile. It won't rip but it will simply stop sending the charge to the battery. When you plug it up via the computer, you will get a "power surge through USB" message. I recommend everyone that has purchased this phone or is in the process of purchasing it, get a backup charger. I'm getting a universal charger so I won't run into this issue anymore.

It will do that if you don't have a memory card in the phone. You actually need a card to for this phone if u ever wanna listen to music or play videos.

Also if you have the "preferred storage" settings set to save to phone, then it will do that. You will have to manually go in and change it to "memory card"

Hey jamieadil. Yes you can put this phone on silent or vibrate. All you have to do is press and hold the pound key and it will say "silent activated".
