Many asian girls are treacherous gold-diggers, they are very materialistic and they are very hypercritical. I'm a Chinese guy and I know this very well, from my experiences. Chinese women would not bother to date you if you don't have cars and houses.

I am Peruvian(father) and Japanese(mother), and my parents met in Peru.. well when I go visit Lima I see a lot of this mix either male or female as the asian but the mix between these two races are very nice. I have definitely heard of Latinas who date Asian guys. Another thing which is not very helpful is that some Asian guys are not exactly looking to set up dates for their Latino buddies with their 'sisters'. I think if their buddy happened to be a fellow Asian or a white guy, they would, if they knew an available pretty Asian lady who's looking to spark up her dating scene, quickly introduce her to this guy. My wife and I go to different universities and out of all the people that we know we are the only Hispanic- Asian couple.
