1. "More apps" some people dont give a rat's ass about apps. Us music lovers prefer the zune because it has a much better quality rather than the ipod touch.

2."Better screen resolution" B.S. the zune has an OLED screen while the itouch has a lcd screen..The colors are much more vibrant on the zune hd.

3."Better processor" Yeah..which is why the itouch freezes all the time ? Okay.

4."Camera front and back" Who the hell needs a damn camera on an mp3?

Don't they allow you to burn a CD with bought iTunes music? Then you can rip the cd to mp3 right? So you can 'convert' mp4's this way.

You're right, when I got my iPod touch it didn't even have an email application! These came over time with firmware updates! The app store didn't go live until iPhone 3g was released a full year after the original iPhone. Zune HD looks really good and is the only media player that could give the iPod touch some competition, especially if they integrate it with Xbox live!

no way. ipod touch is way better than this. the app store on ipod touch has millions of apps to download. this has zero as far as i know. plus the ipod touch holds up to 64gb. i think this only goes to 32gb.

You aren't looking at what each device and respective company offers. Find me a website with 15 bucks a month with mp3 and mp4 quality music with unlimited downloads, original songs with respective info and album-covers. the devices themselves are pretty even, the ZHD is even slighly cheaper and more qualiy build. If it wasn't for 3rd party development for the iTouch, you wouldn't have the successful device you see today. Go read some reviews comparing both devices.

Also, 3rd party apps will be available later this year as well. Probably with Windows Phone 6.5.
