Namibia was never colonised by the Dutch, its a former Germany colony and the South Africans(apatheid) took over thereafter. Of course you also had the Finnish in Nothern Namibia but they were more of missionaries rather than aggressive colonisers (i suspect they also fancied their chances but were too weak as compared to the Germans)
