This is going to be on the "Monsters of Folk" album - M. Ward, Jim James, Mike Mogis, Conor Oberst --- sounds like "Temazcal" is a song of Conor's too. Album is out 9-22-09
This is good. I think he may have performed this in Boston last May. I know he did a couple new ones. I like the other new one better though ("What Good Are You?").
Actually, you are right. Since I posted that comment, I have found out it's called "Roosevelt Room". I hear he is doing some new ones (and old) on the 3rd leg of the tour. I'll be seeing them in a couple weeks in NH, but from what I hear, he's doing one or both of them.
Was at the Boston show where he played this song, I knew that I couldn't place it...thanks for posting it, I've been looking for it for about two months. :)
is that a mandolin? it really sounds like one

This sounds just like "Don't Know When But A Day Is Gonna Come"
timeconsumer619 4 years ago
... not really.
hollowsomehow 3 years ago
There's a few little moments that reminded me of it, but not the entire song.
You can easily sing
Don't know when but a day is gonna come
in the place of
Don't never by nothing from a man named truth
Nice observation!
