Although Chelsea and Mark caught my attention when they danced to Harry Potter, this samba is what made me a fan. I think it was the first time you could actually see their potential, and this dance is what put them on the road to the finals. Although they didn't win, they are both amazing dancers and they are my Season 12 favorites! :)

Step back a bit budy and tone it down so we can check out some of those moves on your partner and see the big picture as a "couples" dance not just a dance starring YOU.

Chelsea and Mark were definitely the best with their ultrafast and perfect performances and THEY DESERVED to be WINNERS. When we let people vote by phones other factors also play role and sometimes even dominate the results. For me Chelsea is "my greatest discovery this year". If I were a TV owner I would give her any program she wished to conduct. "Authentic and miraculous woman" with a great potential.

(But that's just me, of course.) Personally, I'd really love to see Chelsea win, but Kristie has my support, too. :)

@VTgrrl96 because there is too much room for error with a prerecorded song coming from a CD. if God forbid during a performance, there is a skip on the CD, or rather a short in the sound system, the dance gets thrown off and the whole performance is ruined.

I think it's more about showcasing overall talent in all aspects, and using a prerecorded CD doesn't allow that. Granted, it's more often than not that the band butchers the arrangement, but let's be fair, they have talent as well. Also, on a more logistic note: they dance to 90 seconds of music, not all of which is the proper sequence of the song. The band allows for wiggle room when choreographing.
