Yea your going to see the toxins comes out of your pores and you seem like your definatly detoxing , dont exercise on this detox though , your doing great ! when your off the cleanse just start off slow with the exercising i usually just go on the treadmill and use hand weights thats all how many days do you have to be on this ?
