  • my mom puts this small throhp. They look like small green marbles. Makes the soup really bitter, but I grew up on it and I love it! Never had this with quail eggs, but I would eat quail eggs in anything!

  • @Sopeckpeck Hi Sopeck! I use the small green thai egg plants too, if I could get my hands on it lol! I try to cook my foods to my liking and use the traditional Khmer ingredients as much as it's readily available. I love quail eggs too!

    Do you eat fish? If you do then instead of the pork you can subtitute the meat for Tilapia. You can also take out the meat all together and just make it a veggie dish and it will be a lot faster for you to cook! Enjoy!
