This man created the most AMAZING devise I have seen in my life for paralized animals, then he couldn't get a research grant nor a bank loan sufficient to open a manufacturing plant! Countless paralized animals could get their independent lives back if only someone would help with financing this very worthy endeavour. Every year too many animals get hit by cars, etc. and lose their mobility, this man's amazing devise would help them regain their independence again.
