WW - Wario (Lee) vs Lucario (Ryan)

I'd say that both of these players did rather well.

The thing that most people don't know about Lucario is that it is an air juggler. seriously. it's fair is much like Marth's, but less powerful. Even so it's supposed to push your opponent back.

The issue as to why that doesn't work with Wario is that he is all about Air control. even if Lucario did push him back far enough, Wario is versatile enough to get out of it.

I was only disappointed with the lack of grabs on Lucario's end.

People don't appreciate Wario for actually being surprisingly quick, and Lucario is great for countering and his down and side specials are invaluable. Too bad my friend plays with me only if he has all items on high frequency. Otherwise I would win for once.

Lucario is in no way overpowered, in fact, his greatest strength is his greatest weakness. He needs to be at a high percent to be able to do high damage.

If you do seriously think that you're good with him then that's absolutely fine, but i've playered alot of rival lucario users and(Im not exaddurating here) they all sucked big hairy urine-dripping balls compared to me.

the aaa combo is also strong, probably the second strongest move he has so spam that whenever possible

but his dair ftw

also, forward b can grip and has a better knockback when gripped

True but the wario player didn't really have him down either. He was bad at the recovery. When he could have gone on his bike sometimes which lets you jump off the bike and then do your up b he just did UpB which killed him. he should've gone on his bike and immidiately jumped off. That would've been enough so he wouldn't even need Up B in those situations

A lotta videos fail to capture the real potential wario has. He has a lotta strong attacks and can be a great character if he is used right. You have to use his chomp a lot to take in projectiles to build up the waft and then unleash it at the right moment to send your opponent flying. Eating the bike helps to, lol

His recovery is actually good. You have is double jump, motorbike jump, Wario Waft (not used here to recovery), and the Wario Corkscrew. I think he'll be able to recovery just as most other characters, if not better.
