@NinjaixX2525 Although that may be true, you really need to factor in the longevity of the vehicle as a whole. If something were to happen to the Nissan GTR, then it becomes a hell of a lot more than 13 more grand, and once any modding is done to the GTR, you can kiss the factory warranty goodbye. In the long run, the SLP Camaro is still the better choice, because even without the warranty, it costs next to nothing to work on an LS3 if something were to go wrong with it, in comparison....

Hmmm,...Z06 = $75k 505hp. GT-R $84k 485hp. ZR-1 $111k 638hp Which Corvette is the closest in price and power to the GT-R? Seems "tards" can do the math. I think people (muscle car heads) use th ZR-1 for comparison because they just can't stand that a Nissan tromps on the beloved Z06. Now when there is a $110k 590hp GT-R, then the comparison using the ZR-1 will make more sense.

Yes, this car is built by america's Government Motors! The car is way way over priced for a low quality american made car. The put a petrol guzzling V8 under the bonnet, paint it a shiney red with some stripes, expecting the world to bow down. That is not going to happen america! For $70,000 american, one could purchase a real sports car like the Porsche Boxster S, or a Lotus Exige S. These are much better choices for real men. However, if you like Big Macs and obesity, the cum-arrow is it!

for 58k you could buy a brand new 2011 BMW m3 with a v8 pushing 414hp, and have a heck of a lot more handling and class than the camaro will ever get you. the problem with american muscle cars is they are made for inline 1/4 mile speed and not much more, and the interiors are not up to the times like japanese or european cars. plus, everytime i see a camaro or a mustang i hear kip winger singing in the background and get images of the county fair...i dunno?

I own a 2 LT camaro RS and let me tell you there is absolutley no point in making a faster Camaro unless they somehow improve its handling...
Sure its fun to go 0-60 in a straight line. But when your on a real track or a street with torcheous turns you end up having to slow down to a point where the car's engine doesnt matter anymore.
Its not all about speed, Its about having the handling that will give you the confidence to use all your speed

So what's the next target for it to compete with? The GT500. Will it be faster? My prediction is no, but we wont know till it's released.

As for my Challenger, its a boat stock and ill admitt it but not when we strap on 700hp of blown hemi...watch out 5.0 GT the Z28 and my HEMI are coming to getcha...

@enine2007 ugh the mustangs got no shoulders or rear haunches at all, the Camaros got big man shoulders and a nice grille and rear end and everything. It just looks incredible when compared with a mustang. mustangs do look very nice, but camaros take the trophy for looks.

@NinjaixX2525 Although that may be true, you really need to factor in the longevity of the vehicle as a whole. If something were to happen to the Nissan GTR, then it becomes a hell of a lot more than 13 more grand, and once any modding is done to the GTR, you can kiss the factory warranty goodbye. In the long run, the SLP Camaro is still the better choice, because even without the warranty, it costs next to nothing to work on an LS3 if something were to go wrong with it, in comparison....
