I actually felt bad for the pelicans in alot of this. So many of the clips were clearly fake (and at 4:22 that was a great blue heron) but the ones that wern't were largely domestic animal attacks or harassment or really stupid people messing with them. The bites don't hurt usually but the white pelicans can break a bone with those wings.

They really can't bite that hard. Geese hurt a lot more but their beaks are shorter so they have more leverage. That pelican just scares you more than anything.
