@Legomamato6 Yes ma'am! I so agree. When we were having all of the fire scares in SD county it came to mind. We purchased one for about 40 from Walmart. I posted a video of it on my channel if you want to check it out. I need to put my jewelry in it like you suggested too.

Love your system! I wanted to offer a suggestion as a former military wife-invest in a fire proof storage box, just in case your home was ever to catch on fire, that main document folder would be safe-marriage license, id copies, POA & wills, passports, insurance-homeowners/renters, car and just any other really important papers. I also keep some of my special jewlery in mine. You can get a small one at for around $20-30. I've even seen one that holds file folders. Hope that helps you. Debi

@aliciacompo Hi Alicia! I purchased the file folders seperately. It's best to use "interior" manila folders so it will not overlap and cover the tab in the file folder jackets

I am attempting to do some fall cleaning. I have boxes of stuff I was saving for a garage sale but don't think I will have time to prep for it. So, I need some advice about where to start. Do I start by cleaning around the stuff and then move it to the salvation army or do I get rid of it first, then clean. I need a starting point.

@TheBabybound If you have enough room in your garage, you probably can stack everything closest to the front of your garage in a corner that way when you do get time, you can just pull it out and load up your car. That way, when you clean the rest of your house/garage, if you find anything else you don't want, you can add it that corner until you go. But either way would be fine, I think. I've done it both ways before. I just made an extra trip to the Goodwill when I found other stuff. :)

looking at that file folder was like looking in mine with the sgli and power of attorney, tricare, and dfas :). do you have tricare prime? if so, how much of all of your fertility meds and appointments to they cover? im scared to ask lol!!! my doc wants to start me on clomid when my husband comes home from overseas and wants to do a sperm analysis. have you had any of that done?
