You only need 250GS for shoulders and 1000GS for the katana and security helmet.

76 achievemnts and to get security beat marathon man and beat all the meta games, to get helmet get 100 gs on the old maps(mythic and legendary if u get those it wont count) u need all the acheivemntrs other then the new mapo packs

you can recover them just

switch your left shoulder to EVA then go out of appearance

then go back to appearance and scroll through the right shoulder, security will be there

then scroll through the left shoulder, security will be there too

That's how you get it back if it glitches or re-locks

You need around 46 achievements it's not about the gamerscore. When I finally got 1000g on Halo 3 after I finally completed the campaign on Legendary with a friend, I was so happy. I went to appearance... Only to find out I didn't get security helmet, nor katana body. I knew it was a glitch and just had to get some more achievements, and it unlocked after I got 46 achievements, the last achievement I got is Ranger. Just get some more meta-game achievements, it should unlock.
