and I think he did well to get to the ball but he did not mean to play that shot, it isn't the correct shot to do in that situation a lob would of made more sense, so I reckon he fluked it.
He's done it several times for me to believe that this is one of his regular shots, I know it doesn't seem that way but he has done it often enough as I have seen loads n loads of his complete matches and he always does it on his backhand as well
depends if the practice enough, flicking your wrist like he did isn't that hard especially since it wasn't a very tight shot, but more to to deceive his opponent, which he did very well.
They make it look easy. That doesn't mean it is. He had to travel full speed and reach as far as he could to pick up the ball before it bounced a second time and managed to get a flick and caught Shabana off guard by doing so.

It is if you lprefer an easier racquet sport...But for pure Exhilaration and fantastic work out NOTHING comes up to Squash..

nicol's last shot was such an obvious shot. hitting the ball in back right corner when opponent is in the front left.
