I saw Shelia perform with the Three Degrees at Birminghams Night Out venue in the mid eighties. What a truly beautiful sexy woman I was reduced to a mumbling idiot but still cherish her autograph and remember her witty comments as she signed the album cover for me. So underrated as a singer but I think she is probably happy with her lot.

This song is simply brilliant, regardless who takes it on. I've always loved Regina's rendition. Ms. Ferguson does a great job, as well. I love her voice. It takes me back to a time when ladies could truly sing. There's an old skool quaility and element to her voice and I love that because it's so uncommon. My only criticism is that this she sings it too much like Belle.  I wish she had put more of her own stank on it...still, I love the song and this rendition.
