I'm tyring to figure out where you started out at on your video. I rode a bike around the lake often but your perspective is way different. Got a canoe now and would like to go on your route.
It really varies; summer water levels can change a couple feet on a warm day thanks to the dams on each end. In the creek areas, water can vary from low-spots of only a couple inches to max 6-8 feet. You can still usually get around pretty good in a kayak, even in low water conditions.
