  • Just amazing!

  • Im wondering if those photos were taken handheld cause its really disadvantageous in some way setting up a tripod when doing insect macro, might lose the opportunity before the tripod is set. Thanks.

  • @manilashark

thats right, no tripod required for these types of shots.

  • @Naturaldefenceplant Really nice work!!!!

  • Excellent details and colours in these great Macro caaptures.

  • @Robstar1619 Thankyou! :)

  • Quality :)

  • I amazes me what people can do anymore, I mean These are great, please tell me what camera you used, I know i still needs to aquire the skills to take pictures like this, but its truely amazing, I really want to be an entomologist!

  • @ninjaonfire12: equiptment is in the description

  • @ninjaonfire12 All you need is any canon Dslr and their 100mm F2.8 Macro. I use the L and I love it.

  • I looooooooooooooooooooooove this type of photography. I aspire to get these shots. What lens is it?

  • about 1/2 taken with canon mp-e65mm and the other half with canon 60mm macro+ 68mm extension tubes.

You can get all these shots with a macro lens that goes to 1:1 magnification then add extension tubes and you will need a flash. :)

  • Great photos

  • WoW !!!
