i've seen te 911 on the NEC many times..its even on a pentrex train tape in phase 3 paint..i forget the name of the tape but it was a cab ride vid on the NEC...thts sad to see it on fire

@TrainSounds what is wrong with njt it was amtrak that caught fire, and njt has never had any real problems for people to trash talk about njt... njt rules best railroad in the north east.

@mike92586 Well NJT is only bad because They are constantly buying new buses and trains which the aftermath is they have to layoff alot of people

@tkandme3 Amtrak is all over the whole country. SEPTA is a more local branch of transportation in PA. But if you must insist...whatever you think is fine.

wow aem7 911 you have served the Northeast corridor well, so sad to see this engine in this kind of situration. soon to be scrapped since they going to replace all electric on the NEC.

i was riding that train from Orlando to NY...... more than 30 hrs to get to destination because of this........ got free tickets from amtrak though!!

good question, now how can an electric engine blow up exactly? not even a genesis can blow up as it is a diesel locomotive.
two, the passengers wonder "what number do we call to report this!?" then they look at the engine "oh, thank you mr. engine"
